General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective January 3, 2026
Article 1 - Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products made on the maison-leonie-et-juliette.fr website by Maison Léonie & Juliette.
Article 2 - Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€). In accordance with article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT is not applicable (self-employed in VAT exemption). Maison Léonie & Juliette reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is validated.
Article 3 - Orders
Any order implies acceptance of these GTC. The validation of your order constitutes acceptance of these conditions. A confirmation email will be sent to you after your order has been validated.
Article 4 - Payment
Payment is made securely online. Accepted payment methods are: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires), Apple Pay and PayPal. The order will only be validated after payment confirmation.
Article 5 - Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order. Delivery times are given for information only. In case of a delivery delay exceeding 30 days, you can cancel your order and obtain a refund.
Article 6 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. For more details, consult our Return Policy.
Article 7 - Guarantees
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code.
Article 8 - Liability
Maison Léonie & Juliette cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport.
Article 9 - Personal data
The data collected is necessary for processing your order. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data. For more information, consult our Legal Notice.
Article 10 - Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
