Return and Refund Policy
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn and unused
- With their original tags
- In their original packaging
Return Procedure
To make a return:
- Contact us by email at hello@maison-leonie-et-juliette.fr indicating your order number
- We will confirm the return address
- Return the item within 14 days of your request
- Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective item
Refund
Once your return is received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method as used for your purchase.
Exceptions
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned, except in case of manufacturing defect.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at hello@maison-leonie-et-juliette.fr with photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with an exchange or refund.
